Pursuant to Howell Township Ordinance 0-02-20, Howell Soccer Club is obliged to require all coaches and assistant coaches to undergo criminal background checks before being assigned a coaching position. Coaches must initiate the process by attending a fingerprinting session.

Howell Recreation has partnered with the New Jersey State Police and Sagem Morpho to complete background checks via fingerprinting on volunteer coaches and assistant coaches within Howell Soccer Club.
If you are a new coach or assistant coach, or your fingerprints have expired, please click here: Sagem Morpho Fingerprint Procedure for fingerprinting instructions. Please note: During Step 3 of your registration process, you will be asked to input a Contributor's Case #. This is the same as the VRN number used in Step 1, which for HSC is: N02004. Also, after you have been fingerprinted, do not forget to go back to the Sagem Morpho website and complete Step 5.
